No Caller ID means the caller has actively blocked their phone number from appearing when making outgoing calls. The recipient will see “No Caller ID” or “Private Number” instead of the caller’s number.

While Unknown Caller means the recipient’s Phone cannot identify the incoming phone number. It does not necessarily mean the caller has hidden their number intentionally. The contact might not be saved in the receiver’s Phone.

In summary, No Caller ID means the caller intentionally blocked their number, while Unknown Caller means the number cannot be identified for technical reasons.
